Our industrial cooling tunnels and cooling conveyors are custom-built to meet bakery needs and the equipment is designed using all current industry best practices for cooling various bakery and confectionery products such as cookies, biscuits, molded chocolate, and enrobed confections. Our industrial cooling tunnels and conveyors are designed for maximum suction of heat and moisture from the baked goods. The cooling tunnels have uniformly distributed air jets that penetrate the warmth and moisture in the product and displace heat and moisture to deliver the finished goods.
